Peace and security are top priorities in Africa, and the U.S. government is ready to discuss "how we can provide the equipment and support that the Nigerians require" in the fight again Boko Haram, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Africa Linda Thomas-Greenfield. said In a telephonic press conference.
