Hajj Stampede in Mecca Claims Hundreds of Lives

Hundreds of pilgrims were killed in a stampede in Mina, a town outside Mecca - this follows the tragic crane crash at a mosque that claimed over 100 lives. While some Algerians were injured in Thursday's tragedy, there is no news as yet of the fate of other Africans.
