India Steps Up Economic Outreach to Africa

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced U.S.$600 million in grants for African countries, in addition to U.S.$10 billion in soft loans. African leaders are being hosted at the Third India-Africa Summit taking place in New Delhi.
