Nigeria President's U.S.$30 Million Loan May Still See the Light
The loan proposal by President Muhammadu Buhari that was for the implementation of infrastructure, agriculture, health, education, water supply and employment generation, was rejected by the Senate but is now being considered by the House of Representatives, subject to various conditions.
