Zimbabwean Govt Blames Opposition For Typhoid Outbreak
Local Government Minister Saviour Kasukuwere has blamed local councillors for the rapid typhoid and cholera outbreaks saying that most affected areas were run by the opposition Movement for Democratic Change.
