Nigerian Soldiers Accused of Beating Disabled Man Arrested

The army has arrested two soldiers who allegedly brutalised a physically challenged man in Onitsha, apparently for wearing a camouflage shirt.

Soldiers threw crippled man's wheelchair away, beat him for wearing a military shirt.
