Former Nigerian Governor Sule Lamido Granted Bail

The Chief Magistrate has granted Sule Lamido bail and adjourned the case to July 5 to allow the police conclude their investigations. The former Jigawa State governor was arrested for allegedly asking his supporters to resort to violence if the July 1 local government elections do not go their way.
