Did Former Nigerian President Deny 19 States Ecological Funds?

The National Economic Council has accused former president Goodluck Jonathan of being biased in sharing of ecological funds to 19 states. The 11-man committee has said that the administration of former president gave N2 billion each to some states and excluded others. The Ecological Fund, established in 1981, was created to solve ecological problems as well as prevent suffering and possible death from these natural disasters.
