We're Going Ahead with Hydroelectric Project, Tanzania Tells UN

The Stiegler's Gorge hydroelectric project in the Selous Game Reserve has triggered heated debate, with ecologists opposing it. But during a meeting of Unesco's World Heritage Committee in Poland last week, a  government delegation said the country would go ahead with the scheme.
