Court's Ruling Sparks Resignations From Liberian Cabinet

The supreme court has ruled in favor two oppostion parties that challenged the National Elections Commission's rejection of their vice standard bearers. In its ruling the court said that because the men resigned within a specific time frame, their "violations of the code of conduct" was not "egregious".

The court ruled in favor of the Liberty Party of Charles Walker Brumskine.
