Kenya Polls Agency Refuses to Declare Odinga President
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has reminded National Super Alliance leaders and other players that the commission is "independent and will not take directions from any quarter". The commission has also ruled out announcing the final presidential results before receiving all the results from polling stations.
