This comes after the Supreme Court's ruling that indicted the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission for having "failed, neglected or refused to conduct the presidential election in a manner consistent with the dictates of the constitution". The National Super Alliance leadership, led by Raila Odinga, also says the polls agency cannot be relied on to conduct a credible election in 60 days.
