Kenyatta Signs Off on Kenya Poll Budget

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission also says printing of ballot papers is on course and has decided to have all the candidates who took part in the annulled August 8 poll in the fresh elections. This means opposition leader Raila Odinga will contest in the repeat poll unless he submits his withdrawal form as outlined by the election regulations.
