South African Govt Urged to Probe 'Millionaire' Student Payout
An internal probe by financial service provider Intellimali failed to identify the source of an error that resulted in Walter Sisulu University student Sibongile Mani accidentally receiving U.S.$1 million (R14 million) into her account, prompting calls from MPs urging the Department of Higher Education and Training to conduct its own forensic investigation.
