OPEC to Decide on Nigeria, Libya's Oil Output
The Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries will today debate whether to cap oil output from Nigeria and Libya, which have so far been excluded from supply curbs due to falling production amid unrest. The two countries have not been sanctioned in the past.
