So Who Has Been Bankrolling Nigeria's Maina?

The Minister of Finance Kemi Adeosun told members of a parliamentary ad-hoc committee that Abdulrasheed Maina, the embattled former chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team was last paid by the national government in February 2013. Maina is being sought by authorities for alleged pension fraud. However, his alleged reinstatement has raised concerns of a cover-up.
