Kenya: Odinga's Inauguration Could Attract a Death Sentence

Attorney-General Githu Muigai says National Super Alliance leader Raila Odinga's planned swearing-in will be outside the constitution because Kenya already has a sitting president who took the oath of office on November 28. He says the government will stop at nothing to prevent a breach of the rule of law and the constitution.
