Ugandan Parliament Passes Presidential Age Limit Bill

A bill changing the Ugandan constitution and paving the way for the lifting of the term limits on the presidency, the return of presidential term limits and the extension of MPs terms to seven years has been passed in parliament after a third reading, and will now be sent to the President for assent.
