A senior crime reporter at Uganda's The New Vision newspaper has been "abducted", reportedly by security personnel. The newspaper tweeted that the "abduction" could be related to stories he had written about security, most recently one about the death of a Finland national in Kampala at the weekend. The story implied that Internal Security Organisation operatives were involved.
