Nigeria's National Assembly to Tweak Electoral Amendment Bill

The National Assembly has announced its intention to resubmit a tweaked version of the Electoral Bill to President Buhari who rejected the proposal that the order in which elections are held, be changed. The proposal was that lawmakers have their elections first, followed by that of state lawmakers and governors, with the presidential elections held last.
