South African Minister 'Cannot Wait' to Test Land Expropriation

Rural Development and Land Reform Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane has said that she is preparing for a test case to expropriate land without compensation. This comes as a two-day National Forum for Dialogue on Land, Heritage and Human Rights is attempting to thrash out the issue of land expropriation without compensation.
