Tanzania Govt Needs To Be Flush With Cash to Build School Toilets

A Deputy Minister of State in the Prime Minister's office, Joseph Kakunda has said that the government needs over U.S.$285 million to build 276,198 toilets in primary and secondary schools. Until the 2017/18 financial year, the government had built 6,708 toilets in primary schools and 2,071 in secondary schools.
