The Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, has revealed that the government is seeking a loan of up to U.S.$46 billion to complete ongoing rail projects and embark on new ones - this as the minister gives attention to President Muhammadu Buhari's promise of linking all 36 states by rail.
