Killer Kenyan Dam Owners Deny Manslaughter Charges
The three people involved in the Solai Patel dam tragedy that killed over 40 people, injured over 40 people and left dozens other homeless in May will spend the weekend in jail pending a ruling on their bail application. The dam owner Perry Kasangara, the estate Managing Director Vinoj Jaya Kumar and a Nakuru County Government official were arraigned in court after presenting themselves at the Naivasha police station.
