Nigeria, Volkswagen Sign Pact to Develop Automative Industry
German carmaker Volkswagen has signed memorandums of understanding to expand its business in Nigeria and Ghana. The deal requires Volkswagen to take a phased approach to the assembly of vehicles with the long-term aim of establishing Nigeria as an automotive hub in West Africa.
