Nigeria Seeks Foreign Funding for Parts of 2018 National Budget
A spike in the US interest rate has seen the government scramble to borrow U.S.S.$2.8 billion offshore to finance its 2018 Budget, Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma has said. Meanwhile, an expert has warned that new loans will attract higher costs which would not be good for the country.
