Nigeria's Refineries to Be Fixed in 2020, Not 2019 - Oil Minister
Oil minister Ibe Kachikwu has said that plans to repair refineries to make them work to full capacity, will only happen by 2020. Kachikwu said 10 out of over 20 private modular refineries have shown signs of progress, and by 2020, will be expected to produce 1.1 million barrels of oil per day.
