Alleged Looting - South Africa's Water Dept Still Has No Answers
South Africa's Standing Committee on Public Accounts has said that it refuses to be frustrated by the lack of responses from the Department of Water and Sanitation regarding alleged "looting" of funds that could have been used to provide many poor communities with water.
