South Africa, Brazil and the Chickens Coming Home to Roost

The preferential trade agreement has led to a "steady increase" of South African exports into Brazil. This while South African chicken farmers are calling on the trade commission to impose tougher trade tariffs on Brazil for the chickens coming into the country, apparently threatening a market already taking a knock from U.S. imports.
