Nigerian Senate to Override Buhari's Veto On Two Bills

The Senate has resolved to override President Muhammadu Buhari's veto of a constitutional amendment bill that seeks to make it mandatory for the president and the governor of a state to lay the annual budget estimates before the legislature three months to the end of a financial year. The two bills were part of the 17 bills that the president declined to assent.
