State Capture - Major Dissatisfied With Gupta Waterkloof Landing

South African Major Thabo Ntshisi has told the Zondo Commission of Inquiry that while he was not satisfied with the authorisation he was given by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation to allow the landing of commercial aircraft chartered by the Gupta family at the Waterkloof military base in 2013, he had no power to go against orders.
