Magistrate Recuses Himself from South African Racism Case
Magistrate Naren Sewnarain has recused himself in the case against Adam Catzavelos, who sparked outrage after a viral video showed him using a racial slur while on holiday in Greece. Sewnarain conceded to the court that he had a working relationship with Lawley Shein, who represents Catzavelos.
