Apartheid Flag Tweet to Land South African Lobbyist in Court?

The Nelson Mandela Foundation has filed an urgent High Court application to declare AfriForum's deputy chief Ernst Roets in contempt of court. This comes after Roets tweeted a picture of the old flag shortly after an Equality Court ruling which declared that gratuitous display of the flag used during the apartheid era constitutes hate speech.
