Are Nigerians Ready to Welcome Back Toll Gates?
Mixed reactions have greeted a plan by the government to reinstate toll gates. While some said it is a welcome development as it would check insecurity, others believe it would amount to double taxation on road users. Toll gates were phased out more than a decade ago.
