Estina Dairy Case - South African Authority 'Ready' to Prosecute

According to media reports, the National Prosecuting Authority is ready to prosecute those implicated in the controversial Gupta-linked Estina dairy farm project. The project in Vrede, the Free State, was intended to see 100 black emerging farmers receiving five cows each as part of an empowerment scheme.
