The Zondo Commission of Inquiry into state capture has heard testimony related to the Gupta-linked Estina dairy farm project in Vrede in the Free State. Estina dairy farm project benefiiary, Ephraim Makhosini Dhlamini, told the commission it "sounded like a very good project". Dhlamini added that he met a number of government officials, including Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane and members of the Hawks police unit.
