Nigeria's Stock Exchange Demutualised, Gets New Name

Members of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) have passed a resolution for the demutualisation of Nigeria Stock Exchange at a Court Ordered Meeting and an Extraordinary General Meeting held in Lagos. Part of the resolutions reached include the re-registration of the corporate name from the NSE to Nigerian Exchange Group Plc.
