Pyramid Schemes Still Pulling the Wool Over Kenyans' Eyes

More than a decade later and with barely any results from the crackdown on pyramid schemes, legislators have abandoned plans to enact laws against them. Despite victim complaints to the police, individuals behind some of the biggest ponzi schemes are still free, even after years of investigation.
