Uganda in Talks with Kenya as Fuel Supply Dwindles

Uganda's Finance Minister Matia Kasaija has told parliament that the country's fuel reserves were drying up as the quota it imports through Kenya's Mombasa seaport has reduced. He has attributed the reduction to the novel coronavirus outbreak that has forced the oil producers in the Middle East to reduce supply.
