After losing the 2003 election to Obasanjo, General Muhammadu Buhari visited AllAfrica in Washington, DC and shared his thoughts on the election loss and the transformative power of a freely elected government. In 2015 - after three failed attempts, Buhair was successful and became the country's 7th head of state.
