Speaking by video to the U.S.-Africa Business Summit in Morocco, Vice President Kamala Harris announced that the U.S. Africa Leaders Summit will take place in Washington, DC from December 13 to 15. The announcement was released simultaneously by the White House in a statement by President Joe Biden. President Barrack Obama hosted the first U.S. Africa Leaders Summit in 2014.
