South Sudan, Kenya Lock Horns Over Alleged Border Infringements

The Kenyan government has denied claims that it has encroached South Sudan's territory arguing that it respects the boundaries of its neighbors. This comes after South Sudan had accused Kenya of stealing its land, setting the stage for a border dispute that may stymie trade between the two countries. The South Sudanese government summoned Kenya's envoy to Juba, Samwel Nandwa, to protest the alleged infringement on its territory.
