U.S. Positive at Progress In Six Month U.S.-Africa Summit Report

President Joe Biden's initiative to grow the U.S. presence on the Continent has seen an injection of investment and an unprecedented number of visits by various government departments since the relaunch of the U.S.-Africa Leaders' Summit in December 2022.

The feedback on six months since the launch, was held on June 13, 2023. The report-back covered a wide range of details on funds provided in Africa for health programmes, infrastructure development, and the development of digital platforms and literacy programmes for young people and small businesses, writes Esther Rose for AllAfrica.
