What Can We Do to Survive in a Warming Climate?
The goal of the Paris Agreement was to limit the global change in temperatures to 1.5C above pre-industrial levels. That goal now seems highly unlikely some experts suggest.
The question is, how do we manage this period of "overshoot" and bring temperatures back down? The goal will be to restore a more habitable climate, as fast as possible, writes Jonathan Symons for The Conversation Africa.
