South Africa Jews Echo Their Legacy to Support Palestinians
An open letter by Concerned Jews of South Africa calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and human rights for all Palestinians, as well as Israelis, has been signed by over 750 prominent people in broadcasting, journalism, and the arts, students and community activists. They are standing on the shoulders of generations of South African Jewish activists before them. AllAfrica's Tami Hultman looks at that history.
