Greenpeace, Consumers Internation, the Danish 92 Group, Oxfam and the World Wildlife Federation outline concerns about the emphasis on "type two" partnerships at the World Summit on Sustinable Development in Johannesburg. "Funding of type 2 partnerships must be additional to current multilateral or bilateral aid," the groups argue.
