From June-July 2004, CRS partnered with Caritas-France (Secours Catholique) and Caritas-Congo to commission a first-of-its-kind study analyzing living conditions of people in the Department of Pool, a long-troubled, tiny region located within the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville).
