SB. 384 Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 CAP. C20 LFN 2004 (Amendment) Bill, 2017. This Bill may be cited as the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 CAP. C20 LFN 2004 (Amendment) Bill, 2017. This Bill seeks to amend the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 CAP. C20 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 and for the establishment of State Corporate Affairs Commissions for registration of business names.
