U.S.-Based NGO Seeking Proposals from Local Organizations in African Countries

Washington, DC — The Global Technology Network solicits proposals from organizations capable of delivering "cost effective" services as representatives for an annual contract in the following countries: Ghana, Ivory Coast, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, and Uganda.

The program matches local companies' development needs by facilitating trade and business linkages through the dissemination of requests to purchase or sell goods and services. These requests are sent to U.S. and other international firms (located in country programs in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America) in all sectors, including the following: Agriculture, Information Technology, Environment and Energy, Health, Construction, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Mining, Textile, Tourism and Transportation.
