Mali's politics spilled onto the streets of Paris when supporters of a breakaway Tuareg state in the north, Azawad, tried to win the newly elected French government's ear.
Attayer Ag Mohammed, spokesperson in Europe for the National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad's (MNLA), called for political engagement with the new French government.
